Barbie redefines what comedies can be. It's all at once a social commentary and champion of feminism, but at the same time, never forgets the key component of being funny.

At the time, I couldn't believe La La Land didn't win Best Picture, but now I feel like I should watch Moonlight again. I don't think I would be surprised to find that the Academy got it right.

Crazy, Stupid, Love. is a wonderful film to wrap around yourself. It's deeper and more complex than most rom-coms that you come across.
